Wade’s role at the company involves modeling prospective developments, pursuing financing, and interfacing with investors. Currently, Wade is heading up asset management at two 20+ acre land assemblages along Charlotte’s light rail corridor. In addition, his role at the company includes arranging financing for Ashley Park’s Whole Foods build-to-suit and Berewick’s land acquisitions and horizontal development.
Wade has worked in the real estate industry, in commercial brokerage, mortgage finance, and property development, since 1995. His experience includes listing and marketing properties for lease and sale, arranging debt and equity financing for residential and commercial projects, analyzing, underwriting and acquiring commercial mortgage-backed securities, and ground-up development.
Wade grew up in Southern California and has a B.A. in economics from U.C. Berkeley. He moved to Charlotte in 2002.
